Costs scale with the actual work each operation does — bigger crawls, more personas, longer recordings, deeper AI all cost proportionally more. Same rate across every tier; your tier sets the monthly budget, not the unit price. Deep AI mode (available on Business + Enterprise) applies a 2.5× multiplier to discovery runs and a 3× multiplier to baseline comparisons.

Yes. Every new account starts with a 14-day Pro trial — full Pro features and a fresh 500,000-credit allowance. No credit card required. When the trial ends you can continue on the Starter plan or upgrade to keep your Pro features.
Operations pause until your credits reset at the start of your next billing cycle. You can buy a credit pack for immediate top-up — packs are tier-bound (Starter $12 / Pro $39 / Business $99), valid for 90 days, and stack on top of your monthly allowance.
Each operation has a deterministic cost driven by its real complexity — discovery runs scale with personas × pages × AI mode; recordings scale with duration; chat messages and replays are flat. The same per-op rate applies across every tier; your tier sets the monthly budget. The Credit Cost per Operation table above lists every formula and a worked example.
Absolutely. Upgrades take effect immediately and you receive a prorated credit of your remaining days on the current plan. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle so you keep access to your current features until then.
Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over (Enterprise excepted — see your contract). Credit-pack credits are valid for 90 days from purchase and stack on top of your monthly allowance, so you can always carry top-ups across one or two cycles to smooth out spiky months.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) plus UPI for INR billing, processed securely through Razorpay. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice with NET-30 terms. Pricing is shown in USD; INR pricing is auto-detected for Indian customers.
